焊接箱形主梁，拱度符合国家标准

钢板材料为Fe37或Fe52 （相近国内钢材Q235B或Q345B）

主梁与端梁采用10.9级高强度螺栓连接，确保整机结构强度和精度

大小车采用三合一防爆驱动机构，硬齿面，盘式制动器

防护等级IP55，F级绝缘，接电持续率达到40% ED
